ASG Community Gymnastics Club is a registered charitable organisation.

 ASG Community Gymnastics Club will collect personal information on members to complete their membership. Personal data collected will be name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, details of medical conditions, emergency contact details.

 This information is required to be able to register for classes, so that we can provide updates on classes, fees and other services. We need details of any medical conditions that may impact the members while participating in gymnastics so that we can ensure the sessions are safe and suitable for each person.

 All information will be stored on secure computers in ASG offices. Passwords are required to access the computers.

 Personal information will not be passed to any third parties for any reason.

 We may use your information for our own marketing purposed regarding to other ASG services, however we will never pass your information over to third party marketing companies.

 Your information will be saved for 7 years after you leave the club. This is in case of any medical or insurance claims in the future as well as legal obligations for accounting records.

 You have the right to access all personal information that we hold about you. You may ask to correct or amend this at any time by putting the changes in writing to us via email (info@activesportsgroup.org.uk)
